Hon. Mary Elizabeth Bullock (Ret.) Recognized by The Global Directory of Who’s Who for Her Pioneering Work in Trauma Advocacy and Legal Aid for Sex Trafficking Survivors

San Diego, CA – The Global Directory of Who’s Who is proud to recognize Hon. Mary Elizabeth Bullock (Ret.) for her unwavering commitment to survivors of sex trafficking and her impactful work as a legal advocate, former judge, and author. With a heart for justice and healing, she has dedicated her life to helping individuals overcome deep trauma and reclaim their lives.

A survivor herself, Mary’s journey from being sex-trafficked in her youth to becoming a powerful voice for others is nothing short of inspirational. She draws from personal experience to provide legal assistance, emotional guidance, and access to life-changing resources such as therapy, education, and shelter. Her life’s work is rooted in the belief that healing is possible, and every survivor deserves a chance to thrive.

Mary holds both a Juris Doctor (J.D.) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of San Diego. Her legal career is marked by excellence and integrity—serving as a federal civil rights judge with a flawless record, never having a decision overturned.

Since stepping away from the bench, Mary has focused on representing the voiceless—those abandoned by the system—without charge. She is especially passionate about offering hope to women and girls who believe their futures have been stolen. Her personal mantra: “Your abusers do not dictate your future—you do. Make it a spectacular one.”

Mary is also an accomplished author of the powerful memoir Judging Me, which shines a light on the harrowing yet hopeful stories of sex trafficking survivors. She has appeared alongside Dr. Vincent Felitti, M.D., in televised discussions about Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE), educating the public on the long-term effects of childhood trauma.

She currently holds Special Consultative Status with the United Nations on child sex trafficking, under the Department of Human Rights, Economic and Social Affairs. Her global advocacy work has garnered widespread recognition, including:

· United Nations Leadership Award

· Global Goodwill Ambassador for Children

· World Peace Track Ambassador

Mary is affiliated with La Suena Dulche – Sweet Dreams, a healing initiative that offers safe spaces and supportive services for survivors seeking peace and recovery.

Outside of her advocacy and legal work, Mary cherishes time with her family and her loyal service dog—sources of strength and unconditional love that continue to inspire her humanitarian mission.

The Global Directory of Who’s Who is honored to spotlight Hon. Mary Elizabeth Bullock (Ret.) as a courageous leader, compassionate advocate, and relentless voice for survivors around the world.
